This Chicago native has worked for some of the finest establishments in the city and cultivated a substantial private client list for my custom cakes and pastry.🥧 I've had the pleasure to serve a host of VIPs from celebrities, to brides, to 100-year-old special birthdays. 

I approach cooking with curiosity and a dedication to learning. Experimenting with wonderful ingredients is the best kind of science there is to do. I've been formally teaching culinary skills to young adults for several years and I began my chef journey in 1990. I've been blessed to serve my community and visitors to my favorite city.

I love working in foodservice and my podcast Giant Fork & Spoon is where I talk to colleagues, friends, family, and just about everyone about everything connected to food... and that's everything! Tune in and enjoy the conversation, no matter what level your cooking skills!
